Founded Dashiqiao Huatong Mould Co., Ltd. in Liaoning, engaging in the photovoltaic aluminum profile mould processing industry.
2009
Founded Yingkou base, formally entered the PV bezel industry, specializing in serving leading PV companies.
2016
Founded Yonz Changzhou base, the company's PV bezel business was further expanded.

YONZ set up wholly-owned subsidiaries in Chuzhou and Wuhu respectively, with a planned frame capacity of 180,000 tons in Chuzhou; Wuhu has a planned frame capacity of 270,000 tons and a recycled aluminum capacity of 380,000 tons.

YONZ is building a base in Vietnam, with a planned production capacity of 180,000 tons of bezels.
2024
YONZ Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the Main-Board Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 26, 2024 ，stock code 603381.
2025
Successfully laid the foundation stone of Baotou Base in Inner Mongolia, which constructs an aluminum frame production line with an annual output of 400,000 tons.
