On March 3, the 2025 Year‑End Review and 2026 Performance Responsibility Signing Ceremony was held at the Wuhu Base. The meeting systematically reviewed the past year's work and set clear directions for the year ahead.
Department and platform heads – covering marketing, operations, the Materials Research Institute, finance, the Board Office, internal audit, resources, and procurement – presented their 2025 achievements and shortcomings, along with plans for 2026.
Despite market challenges, the company adjusted its business strategy, optimized domestic and overseas capacity, and accelerated expansion into precision components and new sectors. In 2025, YONZ obtained CNAS laboratory accreditation, significantly improving testing efficiency and reducing costs. Technological advancements were applied across production and sales, while industry standard participation and new material development further strengthened competitiveness.
The meeting also reviewed cross‑departmental collaboration and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement. Through teamwork and resource optimization, solid results were achieved despite a volatile external environment.
Following the reviews, the 2026 Performance Responsibility Signing Ceremony took place. Each agreement represents a formal commitment to the company's annual goals and a shared vision for progress.
